HSBC Mutual Fund launches HSBC Corporate Bond Fund

Highlights of the NFO:

  • Scheme type – An open ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds

  • Investment objective – To seek long term capital growth through investments in a concentrated portfolio of equity & equity related instruments of up to 30 companies across market capitalization. However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be achieved.

  • Product suitability – The product is suitable for investors who are seeking income over medium term by investing predominantly in corporate bond securities rated AA+ and above.

  • Minimum Application Amount – First investment is Rs. 5000/– and in multiples of Rs. 1/- thereafter

  • Plan/ Options available – Regular and Direct Plan having Growth Option and Dividend Option (Monthly Dividend (Payout and Reinvestment), Quarterly Dividend (Payout and Reinvestment), Half yearly Dividend (Payout and Reinvestment).

  • Fund Manager – Mr. Ritesh Jain

  • Benchmark – NIFTY Corporate Bond Index
